Here at Lance Portraits, we are a high-end portrait studio and limit the amount of appointments we accept so we can ensure the creation of sensational pieces of art for our clients. 

We reserve a two hour appointment block for each client, and sometimes have staff traveling in from out of town.  Due to this, we require a deposit for each studio to ensure our clients are committed to their portrait session.  This deposit is fully refundable following your completed portrait session.  

Rescheduling or cancelling a portrait session appointment with less than 72 hours notice will result in the loss of the booking deposit.  Appointments rescheduled with more than the 72 hours notice will have their booking deposit applied to the new appointment and the deposit will be refunded the day of the appointment.
