Where are you located?
For your convenience, we have two studio locations for our clients to choose from. One is in Fayetteville, NC located on Ft. Bragg. We have been serving military families stationed on Ft. Bragg for over 25 years. Guests who are not affiliated with the military will need to obtain a pass at the visitor center before their appointment. The studio address is 235 Tigerhaven Place, Pope AAF.
Our second location is in Cornelius, NC. Cornelius is directly above Charlotte, at Lake Norman. The studio address is 20472 Chartwell Center Dr., Suite L.

Do you have a dress code?
Technically no, we do not have a dress code. We provide a suggested clothing guide on our website, and every client receives one in their email after scheduling. This guide provides helpful hints on how to dress each person in the family. We are a formal indoor portrait studio and the biggest regret we hear from clients is that they didn't realize how much they would love their portrait and wished they would have dressed more formally. However, if you wish to dress more casually, please dress everyone in dark, solid clothing with the same colors/tones.

How much are additional portraits? Can I just buy digital files?
Our studio offers two different finishes, classic and heirloom. The Classic finish is our standard finish with artistic enhancements and is available in every size. Our heirloom finish is our most elegant product offered and is the closest thing to getting an oil painting done. Because of the amount of labor involved, these are limited to sizes 30" or larger.
Pricing varies depending on the finish, size, and quantity of what you select. Our artwork is definitely an investment, and is not within the reach of every budget. To give you an idea, most families spend between $800-$3000 and are thrilled with their purchase but no one is ever obligated or pressured to buy anything. We are not a digital only studio, however, we do include the digital file of the portrait you purchase complimentary. We also offer in house financing options with no interest, to help ensure clients are able to get what they love most.

What if my children are in school and our work schedules conflict with your appointment times?
We do have some weekend appointments available, however, they book very quickly. A lot of our clients typically take at least a half day off and their children out of school because this is such a special experience. They spend quality time together getting ready and having fun with each other, then have a family meal or special treat after they leave the studio. Making a family day of the experience brings back beautiful memories as the years pass every time you look at your portrait.
